Hello I’m Merinda Smith,

I come with over 22 years of corporate experience, and many of those as a senior leader of sometimes large teams. To add to the experience those teams were at times across multiple states and countries. So when I say I understand what it's like to be an introvert and a senior leader; I get it.

In 2009 I started my own consulting practice and since then I've helped hundreds of business people to set-up businesses from scratch, creating successful teams and increasing business success.

During my years of being a leader I learnt so much about myself, and the impact I had on the team around me. I've mentored and coached amazing people and seen them move from overwhelm and OK results, to amplify their core genius, so that they can deliver the results of their dreams. Everything I do is surrounded in mindfulness, which supports YOU, your Teams and ultimately your business.

Over the years I learnt about how being an introvert effects my habits, my mind blocks, limiting beliefs and other stresses that stopped my progress. (I also realised then that I was not alone.) After starting my own business and seeing the impact these beliefs had on my success, I decided it was time for a change.

So I began working through my own mindset issues and seeing the huge impact my improvements had on not only my own life but also my business. These positive impacts remain with me today, and continually help me and my clients.

As a trainer, a coach and a mentor I use my skills in coaching, certified Conscious Growth Consultant, The Expansion Codes®, NLP, Time Line Therapy, Equine Psychotherapy, mBIT, energy work and Hypnotherapy in all my client work. My goal is to help clients in a way that benefits them the most through my list of skills.
